METCON classes are our version of circuit training that use a variety of tools such as sleds, ropes, bodyweight, and slam balls. The sessions are time based which works effectively for the clients, allowing members to match intensity to their fitness level.

Within the timed structure there are multiple ways in which we structure the classes. We may use a blend of methods within one workout, such as AMRAPs and intervals, or pyramids within an AMRAP structure.
